This policy explains what information Steady Growth Group LLC ("Steady Growth Group", "we") collects through sms.steadygg.com, steadygg.com, our chat window, email and text messages, and how we use it. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Details are in section 5.

1. Information you give us

When you use our chat window, email us, book a session or work with us, you may give us your name, business name, email address, mobile number, and information about your business and goals. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers or banking details through chat or text.

2. Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) to operate a secure site. The chat window is provided by our CRM platform, which may set cookies needed to keep your conversation connected. Mobile numbers and text messaging opt-in data are never provided to advertising or analytics services.

3. How we use information

We use information to answer your inquiry, schedule and confirm strategy sessions, deliver services to clients, send account updates, keep records required by law, and protect our systems against fraud and abuse.

4. Client CRM data

When a business hires us, we may work inside that business's own CRM and handle its customer records on its behalf and under its instructions. That business is responsible for its own customers' consent and privacy notices. We do not use one client's data for any other client or for our own marketing.

5. Text messaging and mobile information

If you check the text message consent box in the chat window on our website, we will text you about your inquiry, strategy sessions you schedule, including confirmations and reminders, and your account if you become a client. Checking the box is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or service.

We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented or transferred, and are excluded from every other category of sharing in section 6, including a business transfer. The only companies that handle your mobile number for texting are the messaging providers that deliver our texts on our behalf, and they may use it only to deliver them.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also email team@steadygg.com. The full terms of the text program are in our SMS Terms and Conditions.

6. How we share information

Except for mobile numbers and text messaging opt-in data, which are covered only by section 5, we share information only as described here:

• With service providers that run tools on our behalf, such as our CRM, email, scheduling and hosting providers. They may use information only to provide that service.
• When law requires it, in response to a subpoena, court order or regulator request, or where necessary to protect rights and safety.
• In a business transfer. If Steady Growth Group is acquired or merges, information other than SMS opt-in data may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

We do not sell personal information.

7. How long we keep information

We keep contact records until you ask us to delete them or until they are no longer useful, and client records for as long as the engagement and applicable law require. Records of text message consent and opt-out are kept as long as needed to prove compliance.

8. Security

We use access controls and encrypted connections, and limit who on our team can see a given record. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

9. Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, delete information we are not required to keep, stop contacting you, or stop texting you. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we honor them for anyone who asks. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we do not charge for reasonable requests.

10. Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
