Program

Steady Growth Group Inquiry and Client Updates. A text message (SMS) program operated by Steady Growth Group LLC for business owners who have contacted us about our growth, marketing and CRM automation services, and for our clients. These terms govern that program.

How you join

You join by opening the chat window on sms.steadygg.com, entering your name and mobile number, and checking the optional, unchecked text message consent box there. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Steady Growth Group LLC at the mobile number you provided.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. You can chat with us, email us, or become a client without ever agreeing to texts.

Right after you opt in, you receive one text confirming it: "Steady Growth Group: You're opted in to texts about your inquiry and strategy sessions. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."

What we send

• Replies to the inquiry you sent us
• Strategy session confirmations and reminders
• A note if you miss a session, with a link to pick a new time
• Onboarding and account updates if you become a client
• Answers to messages you send us

Example: "Steady Growth Group: Hi Dana, your strategy session is confirmed for Tue at 2:00 PM PT. Need a different time? Reply here. Reply STOP to opt out."

We never ask for passwords, payment card numbers or banking details by text.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your inquiry, any session you schedule, and your account activity. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further texts after that. Reply START to join again. You can also opt out by emailing team@steadygg.com. Opting out never affects your inquiry or your account.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers and text messaging opt-in data are never sold, rented, or shared. See our Privacy Policy, section 5.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission, to join.
